7th December 2022 So today is your 80th birthday, Ann and we wish we had been able to celebrate it with you. But we did light candles in your memory and drank a toast to you. It's been a very emotional day. We know that the 'firsts' are always the most challenging, but we still haven't got our heads around the fact that you are no longer with us. We hope that you've spent the day sharing memories of previous birthdays. We checked on the forget-me-nots today as the temperature dropped last night. They are doing well we're looking forward to planting them out next Spring. It looks like the house has almost sold but there were delays with probate. The last few times we were there were very difficult. Your neighbours are still missing you and there were lots of comments today after Simon put a post on Facebook to commemorate your birthday.
